ZYMORAE products are manufactured and shipped by our fulfillment partner Supliful from a US-based facility.
1. Where we ship
- United States: all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
- International: not currently supported. We are expanding fulfillment regions and will update this page when more destinations are available.
2. Processing time
Orders are typically fulfilled and dispatched within 2-5 business days after they are placed. Larger orders may take longer. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays begin processing the next business day. Processing time is an estimate and is separate from carrier transit time below.
3. Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on destination and selected method:
- Standard (contiguous US): 3-7 business days.
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories: 5-10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may extend transit.
4. Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on all US orders, with no minimum. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, no shipping added at the final step.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
6. Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email hello@zymorae.com within 1 hour of placing the order and we will try to update it before the package ships. Once a package has shipped, address changes are not always possible.
7. Refused or returned-to-sender shipments
If a package is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, an undeliverable address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will refund the order total minus the original shipping cost.
8. International customers (future)
When international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
